Welcome to Once Upon a Time Events LLC

Say some Once Upon a Time Events LLC is a wedding and event venue based in Kiowa, Colorado. The venue sets the perfect scene for a country wedding, surrounded by the Colorado hills, mature trees and scenic views that stretch over 40 miles. The barn is conveniently located a half mile off state highway 86, but provides the quiet privacy of the rural countryside. Once Upon a Time Events LLC is committed to creating an event that is uniquely yours, customizing services to your particular needs and preferences. The venue space can accommodate weddings small and large, with affordable and competitive pricing.


Pricing and Details

 Our pricing:$2,500 for a Monday through Thursday weekday, $3,000 for a Friday or a Sunday,  and $3,500 for a Saturday.  The place is yours for the entire day, it is very private.  We just hope parties end around midnight.  


What's included:   

Tables, chiavari chairs and white linens for up to 175 people.

3200 sq ft barn with reclaimed barn wood wainscoting, tulle and fairy lights woven throughout the rafters. 

PA system, movie screen and projector.

An outdoor ceremony site with gorgeous 40 mile views! 

Outdoor decks with patio heaters , gas fire pits and over 500 ft of cafe lighting. 


And much more....  

You can bring in your own vendors. You can bring in your own food! Although we have a lot of very talented local vendors who would love the opportunity to make your day perfect! 


We are also now offering a 10% discount to active military personnel, first responders and to teachers!
